满足退学条款“未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动的”的事实依据:
依据《上海交通大学研究生培养管理规定》(沪交研〔2021〕86)第十八条“请假时间在2周(含)以内,在院系审核备案;请假时间在2周以上3个月(含)以内,需要报研究生院备案”,该生(ABDUL SAMAD)自2024年秋季学期起只在线上完成注册,之后未到校上课,也未履行书面请假手续,作应予退学处理。陈述和申辩时间地点为:

According to Article 30 of the Provisions on the Administration of Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Education (Order of the Ministry of Education, PR China, No. 41) and ItemⅠ, Article 43 of the SJTU Regulations on Graduate Education and Management (HJY [2023] No.79) on the termination of student status, “The student has been absent from education activities as stipulated by the University for two consecutive weeks without approval.”,your student status will be terminated and you are requested to withdraw from the university. Please contact the following contact person and complete the necessary procedures. If you have any objection to this request, please appeal with relevant facts, excuses, and evidence at the time and venue as specified below. If no feedback is heard from you within the specified time limit, you will be deemed to have no objection to the request to withdraw from the university.

According to Article 18 of the SJTU Regulations on Graduate Education and Management (HJY [2023] No.79) : “Absences of 2 weeks (including) or less should be approved by the relevant school or department. Absences of more than 2 weeks but less than 3 months (including) need to be approved by the Graduate School”, the above mentioned student (ABDUL SAMAD) has not attended classes in person and has not submitted written leave applications since Fall Semester 2024, and should be treated as a withdrawal.
