The research team of the institute consists of 26 full-time researchers and some part-time researchers from other colleges. The 26 full-time researchers include 13 full-time teachers, including 4 professors, 6 associate professors, and 3 assistant research fellows. Part-time researchers are from Antai College of Economics & Management, The School of Naval Architecture, Ocean & Civil Engineering, the School of Electronic, Information and Electrical Engineering, and The School of Mechanical Engineering.
