The research institute is staffed by 26 full-time researchers together with a number of jointly appointed faculty members from within the university.Its research team comprises both nationally recognized high-level talents, national high-caliber young scholars, and senior professors in the field of management, as well as outstanding young researchers with academic backgrounds from world-class universities at home and abroad.The jointly appointed faculty members are from Antai College of Economics and Management, School of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Civil Engineering, and School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
